WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 0.50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 11 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The reception is open as follows:

Between October and April
- On Monday; from 8:00 until 15:30,
- Tuesday to Friday: 6.30 to 15.30,
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8:00 to 12:00.
Can be reached by phone at any time until 20:00, You can check in at any time using a PIN code.

Between May and September
- On Monday; from 8:00 until 15:30,
- Tuesday to Thursday: 6.30 to 15.30,
- Friday and Saturday: 8:00 to 21:00.
- Sunday, and public holidays: 8:00 to 12:00.
Can be reached by phone at any time until 21:00, You can check in at any time using a PIN code.

Guests arriving outside of the reception's opening times are requested to contact the hotel by telephone in advance.
