  : Nothing, just a tip for future guest to only take the big road to the place, sometimes navigation will send you through some very steep roads.

  : Very clean and nice room with plenty of storage space for luggage and hiking gear. The breakfast provided was a delicious and convenient to start the day. Private parking was very useful.
  : Room was not as advertised. The property advertises one type of room with a mountain view and balcony but only 1 of the 2 rooms actually has those features. When we arrived, we were put in a room that had neither (photo #2). When we asked the host about this we were told that the room with the balcony and mountain view was occupied, nothing could be done, and we must have been confused, even though our booking confirmation listed those room features. We had chosen to stay here despite the further distance from central Cortina d'Ampezzo because of the caliber and features of the advertised room, but were disappointed when placed in a room that did not have some of the key features that drew us to it. The room we were in was very clean, but was not what we had booked which drives our low rating.

  : wooden house with home feel the dog next door is super cutewilling to help us to call a taxi
  : last breakfast on the first day, they serve it when we are already out though she put the fruit tarts in the refrigerator for like compensate usthe location (23mins walk from town or wait for bus no.4 once a hour and no bus on sunday ) so definitely a no with no car full of facilities in the kitchen but we can use none of them except kettle according to the house rules so on the first day me and another family asked the host can she help us to reheat the pizza and she said yes , as i live there for three nights so i brought a lasagna for the third night which also need to reheat. but on the third night i ask her can she help she said no (even i said no matter what time you will be free i can wait )but she still refuse to help so that day , we without a car is hardly back to the town to get something and we simply find something in our luggage to eat BUT THE LASAGNA IS STILL WITH ME RIGHT NOW i would not throw it away

  : Great location for us travelling with car, lovely staff, great breakfast, clean room.
  : I didnt realise the room didnt have its own kitchen. For us thats not worth the money spent. We travelled with a baby so we needed good access to the kitchen and using the communal one in the middle of the night was difficult and noisy for the other guests who were in a room right next to us.. too close for our liking/not much privacy. If it was just us as a couple travelling and exploring during the days I would stay again! Its great if you just want a nice place to sleep.

  : Location a bit hard to reach without car, will reccomend taxi in from the bus station or get a car!
