The Roof of the City Center by Comfortable Luxury

  : There is no view, although the photo on booking .com shows a beautiful view of the sea from a terrace, implying it is from the apartment. The only thing you see is ariels on rooftops and a tower clock. To claim it is luxury is stretching it. Very sparsely furnished, and the two sofas are filthy, and in need of a good clean. The kitchen is full of ants, we had to throw food in the bin because we were unaware of the ant problem. There is no mention of the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment. No use for anyone with mobility problems.
  : The area is nice and central, all it has going for it.

  : Location was perfect, neighbours were locals so quiet with no parties or drunks etc. Beach was two minute walk and the terrace was a sunbathers dream , sun all day and no breeze. Actually the terrace made it.
  : The only annoyance was the noise from the buildings water pump. Monica our agent spoke to the management of the appartment block and was assured this would be rectified.

  : The location was great, right in the center and the roof terrace was very private and has sun on almost all day and the wifi was perfect for working
  : The showers could be a bit more powerful and made the ensuite bathroom very wet but not a show stopper.

  : Amazing location for people, who like to be in the city, without troubles to find a restaurant for a dinner, easy to get a breakfast in the morning. And still, this place is just few steps from the playa. The size of the flat is great, the terrace is definitely a plus. Good internet coverage.
  : The only annoying experience was the beds in main bedroom, that was creaking a lot, so my wife could not sleep well. Also during the day, there were a technical noises from behind the wall. Luckily, this was not a problem during the night.

  : It's not the Apartment's fault, but there is this pump running on the next block and all you hear is this day and night. Very noisy especially at night. Washing machine not working or plugged in washed towels by hand getting grubby,

  : There was a power cut in our apartment on the first day , water pressure under the shower almost did not exist , impossible to adjust temperature of the water one second is burning skin and then super cold , half door in shower missing so water everywhere , water pump noise 24h, squeaky beds, filthy dirty sofas, kitchen poorly equipped and very rusty please see the photographs
