: Katarina was an excellent host. She was a great help . Went above and beyond and helped sort out a few issues we had in the villa. The cleaner who came mid week was excellent. Throughly cleaned the villa to an exceptional standard.
: The villa was advertised has having 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the ground floor. That's one of the reasons I booked it. So myself , husband and 18 year old granddaughter would have our own space on the first floor from my son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren aged 6 and 7 .on the ground floor. Only 1 bedroom on the first floor 3 on the ground floor. Misrepresentation. We had issues with the door. The lock wasn't locking securely. It was 4 days before it was sorted. Although Katarina did her utmost to get it repaired. Unfortunately the part needed took 3 days to arrive. I booked the villa for 5 adults 2 children aged 6 and 7. . When we arrived I was told the booking was for 5 adults. Therefore I was asked for more money. After a couple of hours of phone calls . It was resolved and no further payment needed. This was very distressing especially having paid over 5000 for 10 days. After a long journey that's not what I needed.The TV wasn't working. Katarina acted promptly and sent someone within an hour to try and sort it. His English was very limited although he managed to tell us no English TV or Netflix. The villa was advertised has having English TV and Netflix. After all the other issues we encountered we decided to get on with our holiday . Katarina contacted me to say she had booked a TV specialist who would be with us in the next day. . My son eventually got the English TV working . We had spent enough time in the villa waiting for people to come and sort out the issues. We told Katarina to cancel the specialist we had English TV and we wanted to enjoy the rest of our holiday.

: An impressive villa in a really excellent central Corralejo location . Bedrooms and bathrooms are all well appointed and spacious. Great views from the upstairs balcony which are spectacular at sunrise. The pool area is attractive and the pool itself a good size for the location. Having a dedicated contact in the resort who was so helpful was really useful.
: We had an issue with a door on arrival but it was resolved as quickly as possible.
