  : no person available on site to communicate with. didn’t have Wi-Fi our entire stay, the AC didn’t work very well. too many fees

  : The only thing we liked was Lisa (property management). She bent over backwards to make us as comfortable (ac unit out) with little to no resources!! She rocks and should get a raise or promoted!!
  : The whole complex was crazy hot. The pool was dirty and hott too.

  : The location was very close to the beach and the courtyard with pool and hot tub was very nice and lush filled with live plants. The main bed was decent enough. The other residents and visitors were very nice and personable.
  : My youngest daughter has a mold allergy and even though no mold was visible each night staying in the room her allergies got worse. Thankfully we spent the vast majority of our time out of our room. This is not a good location for those who might be sensitive to mold.The last night the WIFI point went out, thankfully the router was in full view and we were able to connect to internet using that. The couch bed was not comfortable and was very noisy whenever a sleeper shifted.There were several smudges of built up dirt around the baseboards/accent boards around the main bed and on the casing of the bathroom door making it look grimy. We spotted several small sugar ants. One of the pillows and pillow cases were very stained. At least we hope it was stained. We wound up pulling it and not using it.When booking the pictures were all of lofts and we were under the impression that was the sort of room we were booking. Instead we got a bottom floor room that didn't have a loft so we had even less space than we thought we would.
