  : The LaGuardia staff are amazing. Our flights were canceled and they welcomed us back with smiles, toothbrushes, and toothpaste since our luggage was stuck at the airport. Thanks to their great service, we will be back!

  : Every member of the staff at the LaGuardia were simply delightful. They were very accommodating and addressed any issues quickly.
  : Let me begin by saying that thanks to the wonderful staff, we will most definitely stay there our next trip. We see the potential the hotel has.We were unaware the hotel is under new management and in the process of a facelift. There were no amenities open/available such as the restaurant, gym, pool, patio (though there was a table and a few chairs out so we enjoyed a couple evenings under the stars). Vending machines were not working. Fortunately, you can get pretty much anything delivered. I was startled by an uninvited guest the size of my toe in the tub. It probably entered through the drain or vent, likely stirred up by the renovations. It happens in old buildings. I simply cupped it and brought it to the front desk in case their exterminators needed to know exactly what to treat for.
