  : Bed was very comfortable, slept really well. Room was warm & clean. Bathroom was good size, also very clean, loads of hot water, fluffy towels. Tea/coffee tray available. Lady who met us on arrival was pleasant, showed us how to use the security key pad on front door. WiFi was good. Good location
  : First impressions are not good. All hallways, corridors etc need to be cleaned and painted, carpet had holes in several places, when you come in the front door the area is very grubby looking, half packet paper rolls, old battery left there. If we hadn't already paid for room we would have left at this stage. Thankfully room was clean but furniture is badly chipped. Didn't see any staff member when checking out, you leave your room key on hook on outside of door, as instructed in welcome pack. Ok for 1 nights stay. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Such a pity guest house is badly let down in the common areas, wouldn't take much to rectify it.

  : Comfortable and renovated rooms. Great shower and bathroom. Beautiful balcony view over the river.
  : The stupid living room area. The walls and doors are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in that area. Its particularly annoying listening to their conversations and football matches, and technically its okay because they arent being very loud at all - its just that there is very poor sound isolation. Id recommend just turning that area into its own room - put up a wall and make it a small room.

  : The bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious. My friend and I had plenty of room and it was nice to have the sink separate from the toilet/shower. The tv was a nice bonus, and the it was in a good location in walking distance of a lot of different places and right next to the college.

  : location of the guest house is superb for accessing various places around Cork and it's not also far away from Cork Airport
  : the rooms can be very noisy because people keep moving all the time and also very late at night and you can hear every squeak and people upstairs or in the corridors when you are supposed to be sleeping

  : The walls were very thin and the pipes were very loud. We could hear the guests next door chatting until late at night- struggled to get a decent sleep as a result! Bathroom was newly renovated, but the bedroom furniture was very outdated.
