  : Found roaches & hairs all on my bed and shower dead roaches on the wall stains on the counter and wall smelled bad and got cussed out by the staff

  : When I reserve the rooms, it stated that my stay did not include any breakfast. Therefore I never had any. It stated I had to pay six extra dollars if I wanted breakfast, so I ate breakfast.
  : Cleanliness of the rooms. I ran out of towels asked for them never received them. I had to take them off the cart in the morning. No one was around the cart. No one came in to clean room at all during my stay. Even though I did not put up a sign. The last day I was there in the morning I asked the woman for towels and washcloths. She barely understood what I said. And I never saw or heard a sweeper being run. also the sign bragged about 100% being owned by women however, it was ran by men that had difficulty speaking English. However, they were extremely nice.
