  : the location was fantastic but, all other villas had high screens and ours never, not private people looking in when passing
  : advertised as villa 10 but we got villa 4, villa 10 at the end much more private

  : Brilliant location close to local amenities
  : To be honest there wasn't anything I didn't like, if I was going to be critical then I would say the owners should stay in the villa for a couple of weeks and utilise it, wouldn't take long to work out what could be improved. Shower heads, door locks, general wear and tear things, that's not to say I wouldn't stay here again.

  : the tenants in number 9 got robbed of all their cash. There was no forced entry and the property was secured on going out for the night. So it seems that someone has a keyto the property. The tenants contacted the villa owners and didnt receive a response back from them regarding this incident. After this it made us feel very uncomfortable when leaving the property unattended , we then had to take our valuables and money out with us at all times. The reason being the key safe and valuables safe both had the same combination number . Not a good idea as the instructions were not to change the numbers .

  : We hired two neighbouring villa, really close to the strip and the beach.
  : We stayed 11 days and during this time the villa wasnt cleaned once. !! I had to phone several times to get clean towels and bedding to be able to do this myself. Luckily we had a washing machine . Very frustrating.

  : Perfect location for relative peace, but very short walk to strip with plenty of decent restaurants. Address not known to taxi drivers. Mostly clean, but furniture a little dated. Unsure how to deal with rubbish, so took a small bag each day to the public bin, on the way to dinner, and left the platsic bottles stacked on the side. Safe inoperable - stuck open and didnt work (we tried batteries with no success). Fridge started leaking when temperature adjusted and needed a towel across the floor. Airco in living room leaked sometimes, also needing a towel across the floor. We are 99% certain we had an unwelcome visitor (burglar) one evening whilst at dinner. Lights wed left on were all switched off, 70 euros missing from the kids bedroom and two sliding doors unlocked (I check thoroughly before going out). In hindsight it was fortunate the safe was defunct, so I had all passports and majority of cash/cards on me. For the price (1,500 euros for a week) it was really good value for money but the security was a little disconcerting so we probably wouldnt return based on that and that it needs a little updating/modernising.

  : air conditioning broken in the main area, infestation of Ants, bathroom sink blocked. all issues were reported directly to the property manager but no one came to fix or even look despite repeated requests.

  : The Villa was really good value for money and perfect for a group of friends to enjoy some sunshine and have everything we need. close to supermarkets and restaurants we had everything very nearby. The rooms were spacious and the pool was a fab size for what we needed.
  : I think it would have been good if there was an information booklet although the Villa host does respond to messages and did sort out a transfer I think it would have been good to have this as well. The bathrooms could do with a renew and were a little worn but the shower pressure was great and for the price, we didnt mind. also, although fine in the main bedroom, the other bedrooms at the back can really hear the Main Street music. although fine if youre out in the bars, we werent out until 3am so this was a little disrupting!

  : Location and ease of getting to the main strip was excellent. Large, spacious accommodation that had everything you could have needed. Swimming pool was clean and a good size.
  : The scrub land to the left of the property was full of these tiny spiky plants or seeds that when you stood on one you'd hit the roof. They got stuck in my daughters pram wheels and all the flip flops and kept blowing into the garden and house meaning you couldnt dare walk barefoot anywhere. We were also given the wrong safe code and locked our wedding rings in the safe and couldnt get them out...within 10 minutes though the manager arrived and gave us the correct code and all was fine.

  : Close proximity to the restaurants and shops. Villa located in a quiet area. Villa was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family holiday. Outside area and pool were lovely, south facing pool which was maintained regularly.Office and Maintenance team were excellent and very responsive to any requests.
  : The steps to the pool were missing leaving exposed metal on the pool surround. Villa strongly smelt of cigarette smoke and we found a lot of animal hairs, meaning we had to spend time cleaning the property. White sofas need cleaning as they are stained, although covered with throws.
