  : Central location, Helpful staff. Good breakfast in spacious area. Ease of storing luggage before checking in and after checking out
  : Small room: difficult to move around the bed. Poorly designed shower. Shower door opened onto wash basin - tight to enter. A lot of water spread under door and soaked bath mat (This room might have been given to us to be close to our companions.)

  : For what we paid the room was so small - shower curtain needs replaced - desk chair was so big it didnt fit under the desk out of the way - curtains were stained - no side night shelf - lights and pictures hung so low you hit them with your head - common areas were worn and dirty

  : The location is great, its walking distance to the city, Tivoli and a lot of sights. The neighbourhood is nice with a lot of opportunities to dine out. The breakfast was good and the staff there was very kind and helpful.
  : We needed to wait quite long until the room was ready (it was way beyond 3pm) while the lady at the front desk seems more annoyed from me asking again and again (we were traveling with two small kids where one was sleeping in the lobby while we waited) than trying to make some progress. Once we were able to check in it was not finished, there were sheets missing etc. The room was not really clean in general, it was not disgusting, but I would expect for a chain like Scandic to have higher standards when it comes to housekeeping. We were traveling with a baby so we spend quite some time on the floor and it was really covered in dust. Also the room would need a new furnishing and some repairs (eg. the desk was not really fixed into the wall any longer or the safe did not work). Further there is literally no necessities in the room such as a cup for your toothbrush or a tissues box. The "hotel" bar which is in the same building has very limited opening hours so we were only once able to grab a drink there.

  : The worst hotel room you can imagine for that price. A room in the ground floor, so small that a double bed hardly fits and almost no room for placing your luggage. No electric sockets next to the beds. And dusts flying around everywhere
