  : The apartment is very good located and the nearby supermarket down the street super convenient.
  : We booked an early check in but as we arrived, the cleaning lady just started cleaning. We dropped our luggage at the apartment and had to come back an hour later.

  : The apartment had lots of light and windows for cross ventilation. Pictures in booking were very accurate. Was very clean and beds were super comfy. All rooms were HUGE especially by European standards. Bus stop was 100 feet away and central Copenhagen was within easy walking distance . With code at street door and lock box combination for door keys, we felt very safe and secure. Plenty of electric plugs to charge our devices. Wifi worked very well.

  : The city view and location were great.
  : Cold water in the main bathroom was nonexistent in the shower, only in the bathroom near the kitchen. 3rd floor stairs it was just a nightmare after a long walk with tours, etc. The room was not really clean, we rated 4 out 10 in cleaning. We requested the early check-in and we never received the confirmation, we were willing to pay for the extra. All the windows hardware was damaged and it was difficult to leave them open. The no A/C it was really challenging for us as we were there in very hot days. There was a nice desk in one of the bedrooms but it was missing a leveling pad so we had to adjust it with folded coffee filters. The main bedroom had big heavy curtains only and the other bedrooms had nice shades. In general we rated the apartment 7 out of 10 based on previous similar cost. The main 2 issues was the CLEANING and MISSING COLD WATER !!!

  : The flat is very well placed and was a great size for the six of us. Communication with the hosts was good and we really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to cook and the dishwasher was really useful.
  : A few more pillows would be good.
