  : View of sea and beach ,closeness to Llandudno centre,1 evening meal in restaurant
  : Room no7 was definitely nothing like pics on their fb site,i know their supposedly going through a refurbishment on the lilly but definetly not worth the money we paid in our opinion room no 7 should never have been let out ,cold no heating had to ask to be put on,Breakfast was a shambles 1st morning sitting in the cold, very mouldy white bread and also stale so toast was hard 2nd morning asked for ,poached eggs on white bread got brown bread and cooked in way to much vinegar couldnt eat wasn't even told so could say don't poach in vinegar Our room was a joke,no hot water for shower,shower tray broken,toilet seat broken,toilet brush holder dirty,hole in ceiling above shower,tap fitting to long for small sink water everywhere on floor when using,chipped paint on doors and window frames,handle hanging off bedside table , really bad cold draughts blowing through double glazed windows ,had to ask iff we could have heating on John takes warfarin tablets so blood thin and feels the cold,thin duvet,no hooks to hang towels, coats etc,blue stair carpet covered in white bits didn't look as iff it was hoovered frequently,wfi not fit for purpose love Adam was supposedly given a list of our issues with our room from the gentleman who was on duty the Sunday morning returned to the Lilly on the evening no response from note and no heating on in room we love Llandudno and will be back in the future but not to the lilly
