  : Quirky property, good location within Conwy.
  : Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, some of the worst Ive slept on or rather not slept in as sleep was alimony impossible in that mischief discomfort. Bathroom although adequate was very small, and shower kept popping off the wall.

  : The walk in shower was very nice
  : There was a coffee machine and no pods and was told it was "broken". There was just one wine glass. Bedside table lamp did not work. The hangers looked unsightly on a rail as they all mismatched. The pillows were not comfortable, the towels were thin, greying and different sizes. No hand soap and only one roll of toilet roll - had to ask for soap and toilet roll. The window for breakfast was from 9am -9.30 due to constraints with their cafe. Too late personally for us to eat. Hallway, stairs and bannister quite grotty -although in fairness they said they were replacing the carpet soon.

  : Handy location and easy walk to castle, shops, waterfront etc. spacious bathroom.
  : No soap or hand wash provided. No guest information. Coffee machine in room but no pods provided. Only one small mirror and no electric plug nearby for using hair dryer. Room very hot so a fan would have been good.

  : The room was clean and bathroom well equipped.
  : Very narrow stairs to get to top floor carrying a case not mention in the advertising, as we wouldnt have booked due to poor mobility. No mirror in The bedroom. Having to go outside to the cafe next door to have breakfast which wasnt advertised on the booking. A man turned up at 6am to start banging on the flat roof next door and continued for 1hour.

  : The room was at the top of the house. Suffering from arthritis the stairs were difficult and painful. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfasts excellent.

  : The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The staff were really friendly and welcoming too
  : The stairs carpet is a death trap, and the smell on the entrance way carpet is awful. It smells like wet dog and is very dirty. It desperately needs replacing. The fridge was horrendously noisy even with earplugs in, you can hear it. A bathroom bin was missing as was hand soap ,which are basics in any B&B. The room is tired and in need of a refresh.

  : Large bathroom with free standing bath and walkthrough shower.Central location in Conwy and handy to restaurants and pubs.Lovely friendly staff and good breakfast.
  : Uncomfortable creaky bed and flat lumpy pillows.Very hot room with no fans. No easily accessible power points beside bed so we had to go and buy an extension cable so I could use my cpap machine. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as we had to use a paid public car park 5-10 walk away.Couldnt have breakfast earlier than 9am so couldnt get an early start sightseeing.

  : From the minute we arrived we were looked after the little extras that were made were so thoughtful it was my partners birthday we received birthday card cake and some beers in our room which was a fabulous suprise! All the ladies in love to eat were so friendly,helpful And breakfast was delicious!!
