  : The location was convenient, though it was a little hard to find. The staff was wonderful! They were friendly, informative, and patient (there was a problem when my brother made the reservation for me in my maiden name, so they couldn't find the reservation, I hadn't used that name in many years, so I never considered giving it when I arrived and the room was booked through a third party booking service and the reservation numbers didn't match what the hotel had on file, but the desk clerk finally figured out what the issue was- hence the reason patience was required). The room was clean and relatively quiet. It was exactly what I wanted and hoped to find! The refrigerator in my room didn't work when I first arrived, and when I opened the door water poured out of it; the front desk replaced it right away without any squabble, I said it wasn't working and they said they would get a new one put in right away. Ordinarily when something of this sort has happened at a hotel I have stayed at, an explanation of some sort was required before anything was done about it.
  : The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, perhaps a larger sign to show the entrance to the hotel? I could see the sign from the highway and I had the address, but finding where to turn was confusing, it was behind the Holiday Inn, and the entrance sign was small. Also, for the first half of my stay everything was great! But I couldn't access the internet from my room, my computer kept telling me to move closer to the router, in the end I gave up. The toilet was hard to flush. I left the room one day and when I came back, housekeeping had replaced all the soaps, shampoos, etc... and they were barely used, it seemed wasteful to me. Also, the TV began giving me issues the last few days, it wasn't connecting to the cable provider, and I had to switch remotes (the room had two different kinds of remotes) the first one worked just fine for three days, then suddenly I had to use both remotes, why? The biggest disappointment, was the breakfast; I have stayed at many mid to low cost hotels, but none of the breakfasts where this discouraging, and the breakfast hours were geared toward early risers, which I am not.

  : It was a clean and comfy, nice sized room. The staff were all very helpful. They had a good breakfast.

  : The property was in a great location, but the facility was not clean at all.
  : The facility was not very clean. There were yellow stains on our comforters, the tv remotes were broken and it took a whole day for them to fix. The pool was not clean and very cloudy.
