  : Seal on door was non existent had large bugs come in when it rained out,,bathroom door did not close right hole in wall behind the TV shower was disgusting front of fridge was nasty.would not stay there again

  : The customer service by a man at the front desk was by far the worst experience I have ever had. When I arrived he allowed people to cut me in the line. When I spoke up that I was here first I was ignored then when I advised I would.

  : Cleanliness could have been better and atmosphere was sketchy.

  : Night clerk (Joe) was AWESOME! So nice and thoughtful. He did everything he could to help a bad situation.
  : We reserved two rooms and one was completely filthy. Dog feces on the floor. Urine on the bathroom door. White stains and hair on the bed. Broken end table. Cobwebs all over. Other people’s things in the drawers. Toilet paper shoved into the peephole. After being told by the day clerk there was nothing they could do besides switching our room because we made reservations with bookings instead of them directly, we were then put into a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working.
