  : The appartments and rooms are spacious, there is AC both in the living room, as well as in each bedroom.
  : In one of the 2 flats rented, the toilet was dirty. There were no hangers in the closet.

  : Restriction to the indoor pool was so frustrating. We didnt even know in advance and is not mentioned when doing the reservation. One (1) single hour and 20 minutes per day permission for room with previous reservation. Besides, in one of the days the person who noted the reservation to the pool wrongly noted the hour and thet didn solved the issue so we did not had access at all to the pool in that day + unappropriate attitude (to be nice). Because of the windy weather, we couldnt stay at the outside pool because the water is so cold + dirty water.

  : The apartment was spacious and close to the beach. Because the entire building is apartment hotel and cleaning is done daily is a plus, comparing cu other apartments from the complex, where are managed by individual owners.
  : When we checked in, we noticed that there was a lot of dust, hair and sand on the floor. Seemed like it was not cleaned at all after the previous guests. Some of the towels provided were dirty and the tea spoons in the kitchen also left dirty. I went to reception and complained and the cleaning stuff went and cleaned the room. Although they immediately managed the issue, is preferable to make sure the rooms are cleaned properly prior to checkin in new guests. A recommendation would be to have a coffee maker in the room(instead of instant coffee) and maybe the kitchen to be more equipped (for 4 people we had 3 glasses, 3 forks,2 teaspoons, etc).
