  : It was fairly convenient to the freeway. The lobby looked nice and gave me the impression that my family and I were going to have a nice place to stay.
  : The AC sounded like you were sleeping at a truck stop, an so load when it came on that you could barely hear the tv. The shower had broken pieces. When we complained to the staff, they said all the units sound like that. Our neighbors were having a massively loud domestic argument and throwing things.

  : The staff at the restaurant was excellent.
  : Front desk was hit or miss. There was often a long line at the front lobby and I saw other team members loitering but they didn’t open another line to help customers. Perhaps, they were on break and not “obligated” to help but it would have been nice to alleviate the singular person who was trying to check in a very long line of folks. I had also booked specifically for a wheelchair accessible room. I was not given one. I had to go back downstairs and wait for some time for someone to help me. The room is also not complaint by ADA standards. The bed was so high that my elderly father was not able to get into it. While the room was mostly accessible, the bed was not. Something to take into consideration when marketing an ADA room is all.

  : The overall property is great. Housekeeping came right away and took care of an issue. After that PERFECT!
  : The bathroom, specifically the trash and shower. They shower was dirty. Literally soap bubbles on the wall and drain. The handle was covered in prints.Trash hadn't been emptied.Maybe housekeeping was rushed or interrupted.
