  : Great property in good location in Como. The property is close to the centre but still nice and quiet. This was our 3rd time in Como, we stayed close by on a previous visit so knew what to expect with regards to walking distances. Decent kitchen, bathroom and beds were ok. Washing machine and dishwasher were available.
  : The property would benefit from a chopping board in the kitchen and balcony furniture. I would encourage a bit more clarity around the recycling situation. The property referred to yellow bags but none were available. Nor was there a container for undifferentiated waste outside. A second key would also be very beneficial. We travelled as a group of friends with a toddler and a pregnant woman. I don't recall seeing the property being described as 4th floor in the booking process, but this may have been my oversight. Getting the suitcases up was certainly a workout.

  : the property was very clean and the amenities were complete.
  : The wifi wasnt working throughout the whole time of our stay. The staffs took a but of time to reply and even when we called, nobody picked up. In the end we had to ask other residents to help us. The unit was at the highest floor, so it would be best to let your customers know in advance, espescially if they have kids or large luggages for travels. Also there is no blanket in the second room, so we couldnt keep warm when it gets colder in the morning.

  : the entire place was nice and clean, although there was a musky smell of old furniture or smoking, it was very very hot, and some type of A/C helps, otherwise the building was super clean, lovely, all very organized, slightly dusty & old, but for 1 night it was fine for us., we appreciated the security of the door, the parking, and the building style.
  : quite old, smell of living room, a bit dusty , just old, the bathroom sink needed a good cleaning for example, like bleach or scrubbing ...

  : the best feature was being able to park the car outside the building. The double bed in the main room comfortable but the bed in the 2nd bedroom very firm. Property was very clean and the shower pressure (cold to deal with the heat) was very good.
  : 37 degree heat during our stay, no air conditioning just one small fan for the whole property (the white one in the bedroom did not work). Four flights of stairs with luggage may not suit some, no lift. No rubbish bags, no cloths or tea towels to wash or dry dishes. we booked the night before and drove 4 hours to the property. Due to time of year they were very busy, instead of checking in at 3pm we couldn't check in until 5.30pm. Host did message us to tell us of the delay. Sadly not the comfort we were looking for) Not value for money for 2 adults.

  : Liked the location, easy walking distance to the lake. Loved the building and apartment space and decor.
  : We arrived over an hour after check in and the apartment had not been cleaned. We were told the cleaners were delayed. They arriveed about 45 mins later. They rushed the clean. No recycling bin bags left for us nor a tea towel.The apartment us for 4 people but many plates and glasses missing for the 4th person.Would have loved to have had a small table and chairs on the balcony.

  : Place supposed to be ready at 16.00 but still not available at 19!Nobody reachable to solve the issue - no answer to the messages sent - agency just interested by getting the money.

  : Beds are comfortable and very roomy. The flat has a well-thought out stylish decoration (pink tones). The bathroom is great with a nice big shower and bidet, though no bath. Easy walk (10 mins) to the centre of town.
  : We arrived and there were pictures on the floor, which had obviously been taken down to renovate and not rehung. There no wifi. We asked about this and were told to look in the book for the password, which wasn't there, and then locate the router, which also wasn't there.They debited our account twice for the bill - once the day before we arrived, then again on the day we arrived. I told them immediately via text. It still took several texts, a phone call, and five days to get reimbursed. The kitchen is tiny. Although the flat sleeps four, there is only room on the lounge for three people, so one person has to sit uncomfortably at the dining table.The neighbours had a party which was loud. We had to sleep with the windows shut. As there was no fan in the room, it was very hot.
