  : Our room was in the attic. There's no proper stairs to go up. Lift took 5 minutes every time we wanted to go up or down. One tiny little closet inside the room and the actual one in the hallway. The fridge as well in the hallway. Breakfast was very limited, Actually not great. The bread and croissants dry and seem to be warmer up from previous days. Very expensive for the services

  : The venue is full of charm, we loved that.
  : There was a problem with the water pipes which prevented us from showering and we had to be relocated to another hotel. Although the transition was done swiftly, we had to pack, check-out, check-in in the new place, etc.. it was a bit of a pain. The balcony had amazing views but it was very dirty. It would have been nice it was clean..

  : Walkin path in garden and lobby at night are dark and not friendly checkin hours are very limited. no self checkin staff is not available in evening, not even over Whatsapp

  : close to the railway line, breakfast very simple and the same for the whole 6 days of our stay, air conditioning only in the bedroom, the old equipment of the suite did not smell good, unwilling staff /the only exception was the lady who served in the breakfast room/, minimal space for parking cars in the garden of the villa, the bushes scratched the car when parking, we asked for them to be trimmed, but we were told that the gardener would not come until the next week

  : Breakfast was excellent. Location was a little further out of Como town than anticipated, easy walk there, but the host suggested Taxis back at night and gave us a local number which we tried to use on both evenings with no success. We were lucky to find taxis to bring us back . Like the taxi driver told us. Taxis are like searching for gold
  : No one available after 3ish help ordering a taxi in the rain would have been good. We ended up walking.

  : Very disappointing stay! This accommodation was misrepresented on booking.com, and the facilities DO NOT reflect reality. Booking.com should be checking common reviews to stop allowing this place to advertise on it, since booking is a reliable app/website that people trust.There is a lot of false advertisement that needs to be mentioned. To begin with, this is NOT a hotel. This is a Relais that we learnt means B&B.The only acceptable aspect of this accommodation is that it is really beautiful. However, with a completely empty house, the beauty can be quite eerie, especially at night. The gardens are extremely dark, with no lights leading up to the main entrance.On Booking.com it said that there was 24 hours security. However, this is not accurate information, as there is no staff in the Relais at all times (only there for breakfast). The security referred to, is the owner living in another building nearby. Its empty at night and scary. There is no service in the accommodation unless requested in advance.Guests are not allowed to eat in the rooms because of the old furniture for instance, if they brought food with them. But there is no food, kettle in-room, staff, or service unless booked in advance. No staff at all after 3:00. Yes, visitors can get some coffee or tea from the dining area, but that is quite inconvenient, walking down steps to get a coffee (wouldnt dare go down at night).If a visitor had any questions, WhatsApp was the form of communication, during the day (not after 7:00 unless its an emergency).When we woke up for showers in the morning, there was no hot water. When we requested hot water, they replied that they would contact the plumber (who could only arrive until the afternoon). The staff member continued to say that the water is not hot because its an eco friendly hotel, and to expect warm water only, but they would try for hot water.
