  : In a renovated old building, the room was spacious, clean and full of character. Tucked away in a quiet street. The bed was comfortable with spotlessly clean linen. Access was easy with a key provided in a lock box.The building is an easy walk from Como San Giovanni railway station, close to the lake front and all the many bars and restaurants Como has to offer. The owner provided complimentary vouchers for morning coffee and brioche at a nearby cafe. A lovely touch and very much appreciated
  : We were unable to locate a switch or light to illuminate the path through the garden to the stairwell which was easily solved by using a mobile phone torch. There was lighting on the stairs. Although there was cutlery, crockery,glassware and a coffee machine provided there was no complimentary tea, coffee, sugar or milk. Minimal toiletries provided but adequate for our 3 night stay.

  : I liked the location and the view from the room, looked out on a courtyard with a palm tree and it was quiet at night. There were also no mosquitoes! And the ceilings were really high, bathroom was modern enough. I liked that there were dishes and a fridge that actually keeps things cold. Good communication with the host agency who wrote back immediately
  : There was no duvet on the bed just a sheet and it was cold at night. The TV didnt work. The smell of bleach. Some power outlets didnt work. The 10am checkout!! The pitch dark entrance when coming back at night and rusticness - hard to find the lights and know how to exit to the street. And most of all I didnt like the price. 236 euro a night will get you a 4 star hotel in most places however this is Como and recently it got so expensive. Nice for a night but there are so many places in Italy where you get more for that price

  : Great location, walking distance to everything, clean hotel room and quite modern.
  : No front desk or staff are available which did make it harder for any questions we had. No lift available so did need to walk the bags up 2 flights of stairs.

  : There were no blankets or doonas and we got a little chilly. Also it asked for cash for taxes and we were not able to get cash out only credit card. Sorry!

  : Great location, clean, comfortable, mini fridge, air conditioning, great bathroom
  : The bed only had a single top sheet to keep warm at night which it did actually get cold one night and I had to use a few layers of clothes to stay warm, there were no other thicker blankets to put over us.

  : Beautiful, spacious room in central location. Easy self-check in. The breakfast vouchers for a nearby bar were a nice add on. Can recommend this place.
