  : Very nasty, outdated, unsafe conditions both inside and out. When these issues were brought to their attention they responded with " I know, management won't do anything about it" and these were serious issues.

  : It was a cheap motel fixed up and changed to a HoJo...the vents were all rusted .....the a/c quit working during the night and we couldn't make it work again...so my 81 yr old mother got sick because we got overheated......the shower still had hair on the wall from the previous tenants...very noisy....people fighting...playing loud music .... WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE....was put in a room with a connecting door...so we didn't feel safe...this was a very unpleasant stay and would NOT ever go there again!! It was bad!!!

  : The room had cockroaches, the walls & lamp shades looked like they were never cleaned. When I went to the office about the cockroaches & requested a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay, they were very dismissive insisting they never saw any in the room. They did not end up refunding us & said the only thing they could do was offer us a room change/upgrade.

  : Very dirty, terrible musty smell, hard to breathe in the room. Wastebasket was absolutely filthy-either food or dried liquid in the bottom of it. The next morning, exhaust fumes entered room causing me to get a severe headache and caused vomiting. My room door stuck shut and when I jerked it open I pulled my right shoulder out (it literally made a loud popping sound) and is still extremely painful 3 days later. Two men from maintenance came down & said they could fix the door the next day. Meanwhile I was offered a different room for the next 3 nights. I spent a couple hours packing up everything, loaded it in my car & drove down near the new room. Before unloading the car, I went to the office to make sure we could use the pool. They told me the first day that the pool was closed (needed chemicals) but assured me that it would be open for the rest of my 4 day stay. It was still closed. I explained to the manager that I needed access to the pool for my 6 yr old granddaughter. He said he would refund me for the next 3 nights if I could find another hotel with a pool. So that’s what I ended up doing.
