  : This location could come up with a softer close door on their guest rooms, so that when other guests are coming or going in the middle of the night (or really, any other time) the doors don't slam shut when closed. Generally, I'm usually the only one who seems to notice things like that, but my current girlfriend (of 5 months) also thought the doors closing (on their own/without someone consciously keying in on their closing quieter) was quite noisy and disruptive.

  : We stayed at this Hampton Inn for four nights. There was no regular coffee in the rooms until the last night, it was on backorder. The pool was shut down until the third day. One morning the breakfast buffet opened over an hour late. The breakfast buffet was constantly running out of things like eggs, waffle batter, syrup and not being resupplied until someone pointed it out. One morning and one evening they were out of both light roast and dark roast coffee at the breakfast bar and lobby and it took about an hour to resupply. Only one elevator worked part of the time. The exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom. The window shade hung extremely crooked and couldn’t be corrected. Only one piece of exercise equipment worked the one day. They overcharged us for the room and said only the manager could correct it. After it had not been credited, after four days I contacted the credit card company and turned over the documentation. I overheard another party having the same issue. I will never stay there again.
