  : The rooms of this property have been fitted out beautifully. Comfortable bed, clean, modern bathroom and many small touches that make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
  : The main problem with this property is the noise from guests coming and going from early in the morning to late at night. The doors to the rooms banging were very noisy both nights. It really did impact our sleep after a long day in the park.

  : -Rooms were pretty and modern -They provide complimentary snacks
  : -Bed was super firm -You can hear everything. From people slamming their doors, cars on the road driving by and people stomping upstairs. They do provide ear plugs though. -Was abruptly woken up at 6:45 AM by someone pounding on our door. (I’m not 100% if this was the staff) but nonetheless it scared us awake.-No elevator. -Stayed a few days here and we did not get housekeeping, so our trash was overflowing.

  : The room was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located to tourist spots and hikes. Cute town and good restaurants nearby.
  : It was very loud, our door did not block out any noise. We could hear people entering and leaving at all hours. We also did not get a room with a balcony while most of them had an outside area so that was disappointing.

  : The property was extremely clean, modern feel, and a great distance to surrounding towns. The location was within a 5 minute drive of Columbia Falls and a 15 minute drive from the West entrance of Glacier National Park. We really enjoyed the amenities like the complimentary snacks, and coffee. There was a Starbucks across the street and it was close to a neighboring town with souvenir shops and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and the overall feel was clean and home like.
  : In the room we had there was a noise problem due to the close proximity to the stairs and the family above us. They have quiet hours starting at 10pm-8am and they were pretty good about keeping guests quiet during those times. Leading up to that the noise was uncomfortable and hard to relax after a long day. I gave extra points because they provided earplugs and a sound machine to drown out the noise of the stairs and the street right outside the window. When we sent a message to the staff about the noise they were quick to provide anything necessary to make our stay more comfortable.

  : No microwave in room. And the entry doors didn’t seem too secure. Thin walls.

  : The walls/floors are very thin so expect to hear talking and walking around from other rooms. We got a complaint from a neighboring room one night and we only were watching tv and briefly talking before going to bed. Even though it was “after hours”, we should feel comfortable to just talk to one another in our room without other rooms hearing us.

  : Comfort of the beds, shower, esthetic.
  : The effort in doing everything by text takes away from the quality of service and interaction with actual staff. Our interactions with staff were just ok. They weren’t super friendly. Also, the walls are thin, and overall building seemed cheap. Also, it is on a highway, and overlooks the parking lot in the back.
