  : The room was dirty and did not have anything stocked in it. One towel for two people, nothing else was in the room. The front office closed and there was not a way to get the stuff we needed. Very disappointed

  : Evidently, even though we had a confirmed reservation, the hotel was over booked. After checking in, receiving our room keys and unloading our luggage, there was another family staying in our room. After 10+ minutes of trying to locate the person who was supposed to be working the front desk, and explained what had just happened, we were told that they did not have a room for us. The staff was rude and not willing to help us find a place to stay after traveling for 10 hours. Would not call another location (same hotel) to see if they had any rooms available and was not willing to provide us 2 single rooms for what we had previously paid. (Not even for just one night) Now I have the worries that potentially this other family was staying in our room under our reservation and my credit card was charged 2X. Will be contacting corporate office.

  : Terribly misleading.. booked stay for my family traveling with a small child for emergency stay near hospital. Was told it was very sketchy area with many homeless and drug addicts in and around the facility. Trash left in the room from last visitor and in the hallway for days. Photos on web page not realistic. .

  : Did not eat. Room was not clean. Floor was horrible. Bobby pin stuck to the floor. Shoes stuck to the floor when walking. Feet black after walking without shoes. No remote for the TV. No Shampoo in bath. Towels was worn out and rags. Behind the bed had not been cleaned in a long time. Hair in the bath sink. No sound barriers, could hear conversations and noise. Slept in clothes as the beds were not clean.

  : Breakfast could have been offered. There was some sort of sensor on our light switch, and 5 times during the night the lights in our room came on and woke us up. Then there was noise above us that woke us up, and then noise in the room above us that woke us up. It was a lousy nights sleep

  : The location was good as it was close to the ball fields we were playing at on Sunday
  : Horrible experience, traveled with one year old daughter and we were woken up at midnight and 130am by barking dogs on our floor . We found bugs on our bed (ants) . Also we were in a non smoking room and our room smellled like cigarettes . We tried taking to front staff they find nothing also calls after check out to talk to someone else , and we were hung up on .

  : It was affordable. The beds were comfortable.
  : After checking in the night before the next morning they informed me that to continue my stay I would have to pay an extra $160 because I hadn't been charged a pet deposit the night before.
