  : The hotel was good. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Abdulraherm, who did his best to help us and was professional. Some staff members were difficult and were watching us while dinning at the restaurant, which was annoying and impolite. One was chasing us with a pen and paper in case we had anything extra, a drink or something, although we paid already for a week's meals in advance. The location of the hotel is not great if want to enjoy a beach holiday with facilities, as its by a rocky seaside. We couldn't swim or sit for a picnic as there's no beach, only rocks alongside the area. The swimming pool is outside the hotel, so it needs to be really warm to enjoy a swim outdoors, otherwise the water is cold.

  : The reception and bar staff were so friendly and remembered what my daughter wanted to drink every time, even remembering our room number each time
  : Some of the dining room staff were quite rude snatching the spatulas and putting them back where they clearly like them to be, the location is very remote, no taxis, no park for the kids, there was a stony beach next to the hotel. Being a bit early in the season not much to do in the hotel

  : You do not have access to drinking water during dinner and you have to buy... No double beds but single that they put together
