  : Nice little town, groceries, farmacia nearby. View to the sea from balkony. A washing maschine for laundry is available.Beautiful hiking path by the sea that connects the stony cost near the apartment with several beaches (nearest beach is just 5 minutes away).
  : Kind of old kitchen, 70s style and a bit run down. No dish washer. No trash bags, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, oil, or coffee in the property, so a visit to the groceries store nearby is a must very soon and you will likely have leftovers that you cannot take with you by plane.The bed is two steel single beds that move apart by themselves and tend to tilt when you sit on the foot end. They are not particularly comfortable but Okay.

  : The location is incredible, the place was simply great. Nice beds to sleep on, and generally a great place.
  : The facilities could be better, missing some kitchen appliances and the AC was leaking. One of the rooms barely fits two beds. But they were very comfortable

  : The two balconies were amazing - the weather was nice and we had breakfast every morning on the Eastern one with a great wiev of the waterfront and city
  : The apartement was a bit worn out - especially the kitchen - however we managed. The lightning in all the room was a bit to bright and no cosy lightning - everything else was brilliant and we would stay there again

  : Whatever this apartment lacked in luxury was compensated for by its beautifully idyllic location. I spent 8 nights with my 2 teen children and a friend over the Christmas period. Colonia Sant Jordi was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and find one's connection to nature, have great food/wine, and meet friendly people.We were given apt 5, which came with a large terrace and 180-degree breath-taking sea views. Note that there is no lift, so guests need to climb a few flights of stairs to enjoy the best views. The kitchen and apt was equipped with what we needed and whatever was lacking, the host was absolutely exemplary in his responsiveness to any requests or issues we encountered.We are very grateful to the host for showing us where we could get a hot meal the night of our arrival. It was late, and most businesses were closed.Though the town was relatively quiet(off peak season), there were sufficient supermarkets, restaurants, corner shops, and access to local buses to Palma and other parts of the island, within easy reach on foot. Beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and white sand were within walking distance. The area was perfect for nature lovers and walkers. We enjoyed warm sunshine throughout our stay . Our bed linen and towels were all changed on day 4 of our stay. The wifi signal was good enough.
  : We arrived after 10:00pm at night by taxi and felt a bit disorientated as the exterior of the apartment was dark, there was no reception area. The host did arrive shortly thereafter and let us into our apartment. Some prior information on the check-in procedure would have been useful. A kettle would have been nice, I'm sure we would have been given one if we asked. More attention could be given to cleaning the tiled floors in the bedrooms. They were a bit dusty. There are little spots of mould forming on the ceilings in the bedrooms, which need attending to.

  : The facilities worked, the WiFi was fast and you could see the sea in-between the buildings from the narrow balcony with two chairs and a broken table..
  : It wasn't very clean, particularly the bathroom. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. The towels and bed sheets had marks on them. Plenty of furniture was broken, rusty or marked, including the screen door to the main bedroom which was so bent it wouldn't close. There was enough cutlery for three people to eat with. If you wanted to swing a cat in the bathroom, you'd be disappointed as it's not big enough. Constant construction noises outside ruined the quiet as did the loud neighbours next door and below.
