  : When we arrived the room key was in a locked safe box and there was no one in the reception for whole night. The room was so cold and we couldnt ask for an extra layer for the bed. There was also no necessary essentials like shower gel slippers etc like every usual hotels. I booked 2 night but could stayed 1 night in the hotel. We left the extra one night and breakfast. The breakfast and reception lady was so nice but had a little English to explain herself. She prepared nice breakfast, made the checkout easily.

  : location to airport is good, 30min walk to Cologne airport.
  : Having also made booking last minute, instructions was to contact hotel to receive code to collect keys. When contacting hotel, staff who answered was so rude. Staff was unprofessional. Charged me hidden fee not mentioned in booking.com reservation. Their policy state no cash payment, whilst I came for check-in, staff requested cash only. When requesting invoice, refusal for invoice. Escalated case for booking.com to resolve, even booking.com staff admitted hotel staff mixed messages on invoice now been sent to wrong email, and later hotel confirmed to booking.com they shall issue a refund, this was later when contacting property, refusal, and sarcasm, so had wasted my time to get refund for hidden cost. An extra note what booking.com agent advised what hotel shared, the hotel staff may not had been a member of the hotel staff, and I may had been scammed.... how ridiculous. Never again I am staying at this hotel.

  : My room with my husband and son's room is downstairs in front of the room. Open the door and people in the breakfast room will see immediately. I feel that there is no privacy. The hotel does not separate the rooms and breakfast room from each other and In my room there was no drinking water and refrigerator, and the shower didn't work well, the water only flowed through a small hole, that's all.

  : The place is so quiet.
  : It was so small. and for money, not worth. allocated to the rooftop floor was literally bending down every time in room to avoid collision. and wifi was not working. not same as showing in picture. disappointed.

  : Noise from the street- all night, trucks across the road coming and going all night. There was rubbish under the chair and closet when I arrived and it was still there when I left.
