  : Room walls are a bit thin. All the rooms provided are in one apartment. Wifi connection in our room is not good. Ideal only for couples.

  : The room was spacious and lovely and the hostess kind, friendly and informative. It is in an excellent location (The Ramen restaurant below was very good). Nippes is such a cute neighborhood. (Also, I really enjoyed the morning sun from the balcony.)
  : Because there was no breakfast, it would be nice to have a fruit bowl or light option (yogurt) to grab in the mini kitchen. (For those up early on a Sunday, there were limited breakfast options in the area) Also the coffee pads in the room were not good, tasted awful.

  : The hotel itself is small and modern, the personnel is friendly and helpful. The room I booked was modern, spacious and comfortable, there was complimentary water and small snacks, as well as the possibility to make coffee and tea.
  : The hotel is on the first floor; to reach it one has to climb a not so appealing staircase with peeling paint from the walls.

  : Lovely room with a very good comfy bed. We were delighted to have extra towels, extra pillows, bath robes, plates, cutlery, glasses and a coffee machine. Jacuzzi was wonderful! It was spacious and with lots of functions.
  : Unfortunately can't give a higher rating because of the time limit on the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi works only in the evening and only until 23:00. Not only I think restriction is unreasonable, it was also not clear because it wasn't specified anywhere on Booking. The receptionist mentioned that this information is on the property's website, but I don't see how this is fair because nothing indicates that I should be compelled to visit the website (the Booking listing should already provide complete and accurate information). We still got to use the jacuzzi for a few hours but we wished it didn't have this restriction. The jacuzzi still wasn't working in the morning, which I once again believe is unreasonable - what if I'm an early bird and want to relax after waking up in the morning?..

  : Wifi very slow/unstable. Room very dark (few lights) and desk very small. Bed not very comfortable. Many people smoke on the street outside of the window so the room often smelled like cigarette.
