  : Clean, attentive staff at reception. Good value. Despite many negative reviews about the breakfast, I think it was fine. You choose what to have. Lovely hot toast with tomato and olive oil, orange juice, coffee, fruit...
  : When i booked i wrote a request asking for 2 Non Smoking rooms. However 1 of the rooms has a strong smell of stale cigarette in all the room, including bathroom. However when i complained the receptionist immediately checked my reservation and request., and was given a different room on 1st floor that was OK.

  : Never in my life have I found better water pressure than in Gran Hostal El Chiscn, it was luxurious. The building itself has character and is simply gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and helpful in every way. There's also a bus stop within a walking distance where one can take a bus straight to Tres Cantos.
  : The breakfast was a disappointment as it consisted of just coffee, white bread and pastries. Also, there was some wear and tear in the building and the showerhead holder even fell down on its own at one point. Nothing too major though, and I did like my room regardless.

  : The claim breakfast included. But it is only toasted bread with butter. Should not be called breakfast included! They wont even make cappuccinos or anything even when they have the machines. They just offer burnt coffee.

  : Good location, clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.
  : Theres no lift from Garage to the reception, 33 steps was tough for me to carry my bag all the up, on leaving the nice gentleman behind the desk carried my bag to the car.
