: My wife and I booked Ciasa Roenn to explore the Dolomites and go on (easy) mountain hikes. It's a great location for that - but having a car makes it a lot easier to get to the various places for hiking nearby. The hotel has amazing views of the mountains nearby. The hosts were extremely helpful but not intrusive. The apartment we rented was spacious and very nicely decorated. In short, we had an absolutely wonderful time there.
: Our only slight complaint is that the internet connection was "temperamental" and slow (hence, the less than perfect "facilities" score.)

: The hotel appears newly renovated very well presented clean as was the daily room service. It is well facilitated and maintained However it currently sits within a construction/building site with the three surrounding hotels being completely rebuilt so you are woken 630am most if not all mornings by the huge cranes, banging, building noise, cars arriving for work, and that also forms your view. The hotel did not mention this, I asked if there was an outdoor space to utilise and the response was yes but there might be some noise from a building next door In honesty if we knew it was actually being built we would not have booked The hoste is cold and not very approachable but that could be a language barrier
: The fact I was in a building site three other hotels immediately around us undergoing extensive renovations

: Location is good. Swimming pool is ok. Personal is awfull
: We booked the room by mistake 2 times, the hotel refused to cancel one reservation. They spoke with us in very rude way, personal and service is awufull. Avoid!
