  : The bathroom was nicely remodeled. Too bad we couldn’t use it due to not having towels.
  : The worst part was that as a large family we had absolutely no towels. We had to wipe our faces and hands on clothing to dry off. There were no extra linens and the beds had a gritty feel to the sheets as if they had not been changed. The air conditioner was very loud and inches above our heads. There was not one chair to sit in so I sat in my car while everyone else slept in the morning. The road noise was terrible. The worst part was that when we requested towels the off site management company acted as a go-between to the “on-site”manager. I out that in quotes be sure I don’t believe there was anyone on site. They told us towels would be delivered and after checking in twice with them they said (at 10:30PM after we’d gone to sleep) to contact the on-site manager, who did not answer the door during normal business hours. After that any communication through the app or via text received no response u til we told them we were fed up and leaving early due to not being able to wash. They refused us a refund as did bookings.com after a pathetic attempt to negotiate with the hotel owner. There was a note that said they are understaffed so would not be able to provide housekeeping- which is fine- as long as we were provided with necessities to begin with, which we were not. Our neighbors also only received 1 towel for 5 people. At least they had one. We had nothing.

  : Nothing.
  : An overall mess!!!! I understand the economy is treacherous in small towns but keeping up basic maintenance and esthetics is not always about the money. Some basic pride is important.
