  : clean. staff very friendly. Very good breakfast included with room.
  : dead bolt did not work. No other rooms available to transfer to. Keys continued to fail to work for the pool and once for our room. Short staffed. Waited 10 minutes at desk while staff took a break. Unable to get into room after coming back from pool with kids.

  : The staff was very nice and pleasant
  : They had ran out of the waffle mix which was the whole 4 day stay . Was told waiting for shipment to come in poor management to not reorder supplies before they ran out . Hot water for tea seamed to only be warm never hot Our room was old looking , the carpet was disgusting but the bed was comfortable. They ran out of towels twice after going down to the front desk and complaining was given small pool towel which was better than nothing. Our room was only cleaned once after booking un extra night and complaining we would appreciate if our trash cans could be emptied and our room cleaned .
