  : Location was AMAZING! Direct Beach Access from the Peoperty Literally the Beach/Ocean is Steps Away. Fair Size Pool for Guest Only so was Never Overly Crowded. There are 3 Grills (Bring own Charcoal) for Guests Use. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Condo so had a 2nd Floor Balcony Which We Fully Enjoyed. It has a Table and 4 Chairs. The Top floor of Condo has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Bottom Floor has Balcony, Living Room/Dining Area, Kitchen, and Half Bath. The Beds were Very Comfortable (Not To Soft or to Hard) Most (See Below) of the Furnishings (Chairs, Tables, Etc) were Great as Well. There is Also a Putting Green We did Not Use. Have One Covered Parking Space for Each Condo with Some Extra uncovered Parking Places if Have More then one Vehicle. The Check-in Instructions were Very Simple and Enjoyed having a Code Entrance instead of Keys (One Less Thing to keep Up With ;-) Would Most Definitely Recommend the Condos and Will be Staying here again in the Future.
  : The Beach Equipment Provided is Showing some Age (Specifically the Beach Umbrella and Carry Bag are in Rough Shape). The Furniture (Living Room) is Also just OK and Could Stand to be Replaced (The Condo We were in that Is). Everything Else was at Least Good if Not Better.

  : The Cocoa Beach Club was in an excellent location. The property was well kept. We loved the layout of our unit, which had two rooms & three beds in the second room. Each of our kids had their own bed, which was nice.
  : The only complaint might be that there were small bugs(ants maybe?) in the kitchen and bathroom.

  : How clean the property was, the pool was very clean and the property was well maintained!
  : Only main thing was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on, like very uncomfortable! but other then that the pool was closed due to maintenance issues for a couple days. other then that we enjoyed our stay!

  : The central location is within easy walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. The kitchen was well equipped. There were two TV's including access to netflix on one of them.
  : An ocean view was specified but there was really not much of an ocean view from my apartment 213. There were ants on the kitchen counter but the landlord fixed the problem quickly upon request. One of the couches in the living room had a damaged leg.

  : Loved how quiet the property was. People are so friendly and nice. Condo was clean and had everything our family needed. Would for sure stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay.
  : found a bunch of aunts when we first got there but thats normal. We cleaned the windows and doorways and they got better.
