Boasting its own vineyards in the heart of picturesque Cochem this guest house offers cosy rooms and apartments free parking and excellent wines just a 10-minute walk from Reichsburg castle. The family-run Weingut Haxel offers spacious double rooms and well-equipped apartments providing an ideal base for exploring the area and discovering local wines. A rich and varied breakfast buffet is served each morning.
In the summer months guests can sample Weingut Haxel's own Riesling wines either in the tavern or outside on the leafy courtyard terrace. Guided tours of Cochem's Old Town and the Moselle countryside are run by the winery owner covering different themes. Wine tastings can also be arranged on request.
