  : The location was fairly convenient, and the room size and set up met expectations. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful
  : I arrived 1/2 hour after check in and room was not ready. Cleaning staff told front desk that the room was indeed ready only to find out after we got to the room with our ample luggage, small children, and aged mother, that it wasn't ready. After a 5 hour drive our family had to wait an additional 45 minutes until the room was hurriedly cleaned which meant that it wasn't really, No consolation was offered at all. Cleaning staff was hesitant to comply with our request for additional towels and the hotel floors were extremely stained and filthy throughout the hotel, as was the furniture in the dining area. Cleaning staff needs to be replaced with a staff with integrity for their work, they were very unfriendly, unaccommodating. The uncleanliness of the pool and pool area was also a disappointment which made the experience regretful. It rained the second night of our stay and water flowed into the room like a slow running faucet. All our luggage was wet before we noticed the water running into the window. Thankfully it was not a hard rain, but it was just another disappointment, as I noticed that attempts had been made to seal the window I wondered why they hadn't replaced the window instead of mickey mousing it together?
