  : This is an honest and factual review. Breakfast was very good, thanks to hard-working ladies in the kitchen, only there was a limited hot drink selection. Garden was very nice, again thanks to a hard working couple, though many properties in Cirali feature nice gardens. View of the mountains from rooms was good.
  : Reception wasn't as welcoming as everywhere else we stayed in Turkey over the month of our trip, he was surprised to see us and questioned our booking, then told us one room we had booked had been given away to someone else, so they offered another room which wasn't so nice, with unrelenting wood paneling and the smell of cat urine. We arrived after 4 pm and one room still hadn't been cleaned and we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. Room was basic and small, with no electric jug. Shower was below average, poor water flow and barely luke warm on last morning, fridge was noisy, had to turn off at night, but the main issue was light from very bright streetlight 20 metres away coming through glass panel on the balcony door and windows above, making it hard to sleep. Wifi in room was patchy, cutting in and out. Another problem was a steady stream of ants coming into the room, they got into dried fruit that I was soaking, even got into the fridge somehow, and I found a number dead in my bed in the morning where I had obviously rolled on them. Room wasn't cleaned over 3 days stay. There was a sign in the toilet saying 'no toilet paper in the toilet', which was problematic as the bidet was poorly positioned and aimed so ineffective, and the bin for the toilet paper wasn't emptied over 3 days so a hygiene issue there. I was unable to lock the balcony door, which was okay for me but might concern a single female traveler.
