Disappointing

  : The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. The RV Park was huge, wooded, and really cool. The cabin itself has the potential to be awesome. It is a really cool tiny house.
  : The Booking.com reservation didn't indicate that cleaning services weren't included with the rental: When we arrived at the cabin it smelled strongly of urine and Pine Sol, a smelly, grimy mop was hanging in the bedroom, the bed had dirty sheets on it, the bunk bed mattresses weren't made and were super thin and uncomfortable, and there were no towels in the bathroom. The odor was so overwhelming the first night that we had to put the mop outside and keep the windows open with fans on for much of the evening. Bags with clean linens had been left in the room, so we were able to change the bed sheets and put towels in the bathroom.There was a sign on the wall stating that we needed to clean the dishes, strip the dirty linens and towels, and sweep the cabin before checking out or be subject to cleaning fees. This policy was not clearly expressed in the rental agreement. And the Wifi costs extra!
