  : Our room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door. It seemed there were people going in/out of the door all night, which we could easily hear the door opening & closing.

  : The location was convenient to where I was conducting business for the day and it's right off of the express way.
  : Everything about it was gross. There is no way you can convince me anyone has cleaned the room we were assigned, in recent history. The remote had this gross sticky layer of something on it and was filled with layers of dust and hair. The coffee cups they supply in the rooms had some sort of old dried substance on them, it looked like some sort of sauce. The sheets were stained. The shower had long hairs on the walls. Because it was such an exhausting day for us, I was willing to lay in bed with my clothing on just to get some shut eye before we had to hit the road in the morning. Then the absolute worst;; my daughter's bed had bed bugs! She woke me up at about 5ish in the morning concerned because she was breaking out in hives. We started peeling back the blankets and there it was, a bed bug! There was no one manning the front desk when we exited, so I just deposited my key and left. Redroof DO BETTER. Despite it's occupancy, all rooms should go through a thorough cleaning often. This experience was deplorable and I will never return.
