  : Friendly desk. Good location. Adequate for a one night stay.
  : It's looking worn. Scratches on inside of door and on air unit likely due to a pet. Also smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. No hair dryer.

  : The entry door had a one inch space under the entry door. We had to stuff towels under door so that nothing would crawl in under the door. The curtain over the window on one side was completely out of the wall.

  : The lady at the front desk was rude. She would not allow my daughter's service dog. He was not familiar with the laws for service dogs. She turned us away and we ended up going to Baymont Suites next door. They were amazing!

  : The bottom of the door was 2 inches above the threshold. we had to put a plastic bag and the pillows against the door to keep the cold air out. We had to close the curtains carefully because one end of the curtain rod holder was almost out of the wall. The bathroom door was almost impossible to close because it had been damaged at the top and the door was swollen and did not fit properly. You could slam it shut, but then it could not hardly be opened. Very disappointed in this Red Roof Inn. We should have demanded our money back. Paid a decent price but only got a room worth maybe $20.
