  : the hotel was located where i could walk to at three resturants and have to get on the main road. that is so awesome!!!
  : I had wasp that appeared from the window some how and im not sure how it got in.

  : The graveyard shift lady apologized for all the wrongdoings of that room. When I checked out, the lady in front who was older didn't have any care of the world. Hopefully, the others can learn from the young lady with how customer service works.
  : When you walk in, it smells clean, but either that means it is or the cleaners tried to cover up the smell. After going thru the room, I came to the conclusion that the room was disgusting. The vents were covered with dust in our bathrooms. I suffer from asthma, and I was triggered from that dirty room in the middle of the night. My body usually senses when a room is kept clean or not. Also, my allergies started in the middle of the night, and I had to take allergy meds to calm my symptoms. The towels were dirty with either pube hairs or other people's hair. The bed sheets had stains, pet hair, and other people's hairs as well. There was debris within the sheets and blankets. I am so glad I brought my own blankets just in case for an issue like this. Every hotel I go to, I check for bed bugs and a clean set of sheets. I'm not trying to sleep in a bed that someone else has slept in. This is a low blow, especially from a Hilton hotel.It's definitely not worth the money I spent. It was very disappointing, especially since I had my family with me.

  : Our room was dirty. There were no bed bug covers on the pillows, the mattress was stained and disgusting, bed was way too soft, random hair on the towel in the bathroom, food choices around the hotel are not great.

  : They someone was checked into my room under my name. But the guy working the counter wasn't the one that did it. But after a few Awkward trips to the room I was supposed to get in a weird encounter with a person in it he got it all situated

  : They were having trouble with the electric. We had electric but no air conditioning. Others had neither!! Temps that day were in the upper 90s. It was very uncomfortable trying to sleep especially after a LONG day of driving. Made for a difficult day of driving the following day!!

  : The breakfast was fine. The room was fine. The night manager, Geoff, was awesome!
  : The air conditioning was NOT working in the hallways, elevators, and common areas. It was sweltering hot everywhere outside of the lobby and the actual guest rooms. Also, the elevators smelled strongly of urine.
