  : Really nice place. Perfect location just a few steps away from the subway station. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, but could use a bit of refurbishment, though. Breakfast included was really tasty, especially the madelines
  : The first room we stayed had a bit of mould on the walls. However, we were offered a different room straight away.

  : Some staff were rude and unhelpful The beds were uncomfortable some of my guests in my booking had to stay on sofa bedsWhen we asked for more pillows for the bed they said there was none available No tea and coffee facilities in the bedroomStaff telling us to be quiet during the day but it was like 11am in the dayWhen asking for directions some staff said they didn't understand English

  : The only two positive points where the super friendly and helpful staff members at the Reception/Check in. They were really nice. The other positive point was the proximity to the office/location.
  : The room was very worn down, the mattress was not comfortable and I could hear my room neighbour like they would be right beside me. The bathroom had still many hairs from previous guests, the bedsheets and towels had stains on it. The toilet was not clean. The view from the bathroom showed to a very dirty terrace. I really dont understand the good rating of this hotel to be honest.

  : Location was convenient and the staff attention was nice, they try to help as much as possible
  : The options for breakfast are limited, we even asked for omelet and it was not possible to get it. The AC could not be set lower than 23 degC and it was a bit hot, we were lucky that weather was still cold and therefore decided to open the windows
