This amazing 5 bedroom villa is a perfect choice for a family vacation

  : Only thing great was the space. The house was beyond hot upon arrival. The AC was set to 84 and the management compone had a lockbox over both AC thermostats. I emailed the management company or whomever they have foreshadowing their property and they put in the request but never followed up with us. Just left us hot and then when I was calling the emergency number they wouldn't answer so I had to call them from a different number and they answered!!! Told us the AC people has 24hours to respond to the req and did not have a time for us to expect them forcing us to leave out and buy fans!! When we get back to the house the AC man shows up...fix the AC and tell us their AC was broken!!! He had to replace the thermostat!! And once he fixed it the upstairs ain't cool down stayed 80+ the entire weekend stayed downstairs.... So that was just the beginning. The pool....covered and filled with bugs because the "screened in" back patio ain't so screened in. The pool net had a huge hole in it...so we had to buy another net!!!...my husband worked as a pool man on his family vacay like really???. And another thing. They have ANTS omg...the ANTS ARE BAD. I had to cook dinner and immediately put my food away in the oven because any food left out was ravaged by ants.... It was scary. I saw roaches. The dishwasher reader said "clean" but ewwww was filled with mucky dirty water. Oh God the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom. Stopped up after one flush... Some lights didn't work. I was sent the WiFi info that didn't work. I have asked for some of my money back because a lot of the services was not given and they aren't open on the weekends for better communication and help. They don't call and check and make sure you're OK. I will never use them again. And I will see some or all of my money back. I took pictures and req a refund of some sort if I don't get the OK I'm looking for I will be taking them to small claims court.
