  : The property layout, the kitchen, the tub. The location, the cleaning staff, the neighborhood.
  : Very poor response and misinformation from staff at belloise realty. To get a response I had to call maintenance to have the realty co. Answer easy questions two hours after check in so I could access the rental. I called two days prior and stopped by their office day of and still didn't get my answers. They don't return calls at all. I tried four times in two days to no reply at all. Loved the rental though. Loved the cleaning staff. The ad did misrepresent a dishwasher- none, and the washer/ dryer in unit ( onsite instead). And the back door was stuck shut so to take out the trash we had to walk all the way around the building perimeter. Also, there was a rip in the sofa, which should have been mentioned in advance since we don't want to be billed for damage our service dog didn't incur.
