Overlooking clearlake from the living room

  : Needs maintenance on most items except appliances. Furniture and bed are uncomfortable. TV is small and streaming only. A/C is very noisy.

  : I liked the bed as it was super super soft but my spouse did not indicating way too soft. The apartment was clean, no insects, thank goodness for the air conditioning and fans. I felt it was great having dishes and ample towels to wash and dry. The appliances worked well and shower is small but hot water helped after a long drive. The water was the highlight, waking up and seeing the lake - just relaxing as there was absolutely nothing to do. The individuals were we stayed were nice.
  : The WiFi could be stronger, there were interruptions but it did work. The sofa is very worn, it appears to be dirty (stains) pillows are run down and no security when sitting down (we put our bed pillows on the sofa to make things ok for us). I think having a sofa is significant in this apartment (would be an awesome investment). The upkeep of the property is not good (the pier is such a lovely additive for pictures only though - to walk out on it and I was very excited about that part (is not wise as it is at your own risk which is understandable but I mean it is a big risk taking a walk on it. I was let down by that it should state since it seems as if it is a part of the stay, it looks very unsafe. The balcony to the apartment moved somewhat, it felt risky as well but we took chairs out but I was nervous as the wood did not seem stable (we made a point to sit still as I wanted to enjoy the outside and view best I could. The stairs to get up and down from apartment felt unstable, I was nervous when walking up and down, I felt as if the wood might give. There was a significant stench when arriving, I was not sure if something had died but felt sick for a little bit but after that evening it got better and periodically I would smell it again but not as much - possibly the algae??? The patio was a good additive but it needed some upkeep (more modern and updated) We did not sit in the patio as it just seemed run down. I was sadden by our food /dinning experience pizza place had awesome pictures but horribly prepared and after that I ate frozen meals but no other fast food or outside dinning. There are no activities at all (no theater, bowling alley, bars, music or restaurants) that I wanted to visit at least. Went to Walmart/Safeway Market and was happy to have some activity.

  : Love area . beautiful sunset,great price ,clean well taken care of.
  : California is in a drought, so not a lot of water . The lake had algae smell that was disgusting.

  : Complicated to get into lock box for key but able quickly to get help. Easy once understood.
