  : The apartment is very close to the beach
  : The apartment is next door to a pub that has live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Its so loud that you may as well be in the pub. Once the music ends at around 12.30am, people stay in the street for ages and its impossible to sleep. Its not a suitable place for anyone who wants to get any sleep over a weekend. We had to keep the windows closed but it didnt make much difference and it made the bedrooms very hot. We also stayed on Sunday night and that was fine.

  : Great location near the beach, bars/restaurants and supermarket. The living room and kitchen/diner were a good size and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
  : The en suite in the 2nd double bedroom was very compromised due to lack of head height. The showers could do with upgrading and there was no heating the the utility area which meant it was too cold to use the shower in that room.

  : doors accessing kitchen and 2 bedrooms are what appears to be fire safety hinges which made doors extremely difficult to open and keep open for elederly family members. Even for myself I found difficult to keep open and definetly not easy if carrying shopping luggaage etc. My mother was reading notice over the fridge and the door closed on her hurting her shoulder. Large rocks were provided as door stoppers but these did not hold the weight of the door. The worst room in this apartment had to be the 1st bedroom at top of the stairs. How owners can get away with installing an ensuite into this room is unbelieveble. The ensuite is literally in the roof. You have to bend over and squeeze your body in just to sit on the toilet, getting off the toilet to pull up underwear without hitting your head off the roof was a task. No adult over 4ft can use this ensuite comfortably. washing hands brushing teeth had to be done crouched and bent over and this ruined the experience for me and my mother who used this room. The location is great as close to everything but it has its disadvantages as noise can be heard all night even up to 5am from pub music and people partying on the beach. Windows need upgrading to cancel out this noise. WE were asked to remove bedding before leaving which I did not think should have to be done by guests. 2 of the rooms were done and the matress on one double bed was stained.

  : The apartment feels newly furnished and is very clean and spacious. It is positioned in the absolute best location in Kilkee being equally close to the beach, pubs and west end. My guests had a great hub to come back to and had no issues entering the property. The next time I bring guests to Kilkee, Rosaries apartment will be my go to accommodation! Thanks again
  : The June bank holiday weekend was one of the hottest ever and the apartment is not well equipped for sustained hot weather. The rooms were very hot all day and night even with all the windows open. I would strongly suggest putting a fan in each room during the Summer months. In addition, since the property fits 6 people, having multiple access keys would have been preferable.
