  : Small room (but ok for the price) and water leaking from the shower box

  : Loved everything especially spacious and light room and it met our expectation. Staff were incredible. Downstairs in the lounge you'll be able to make a coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Location good as well.
  : Would be great if have any accessible - for example to able message on the phone to the staff (we're Deaf) as we did not realised that they do have a breaks in between the day and we had to wait nearby in the restaurant and while staff return back so we could check in.

  : The location of this property is amazing. Otherwise it was clean and simple so perfect if you are not looking to spend time exploring.
  : The pillows were tiny and not very comfortable. It would also be great if the room had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities as some of the cafes dont open super early.

  : Bunk beds room on the ground floor, with window on the street and therefore very noisy.

  : Great location and decent space in the room. Very good in terms of cleanliness.
  : I had an issue with the check in whereby my card couldn't be processed despite the PIN being correct. I phoned 8 times and left a message to the property and nobody contacted me at all - 48 hours passed. Some other guests kindly allowed me to use their card and I gave them the cash to cover it, but if it had not been for their kindness I would have had no way in and would have had to book another accommodation option in addition to losing the non refundable payment. The woman in the adjacent shop told me this happens quite frequently. While the property is good value, this seems to be unacceptably precarious, particularly for solo travellers who may not have more than one card.

  : We stayed in a basement room.Check in done via a Machine at the entrance, you need the booking code. No reception. Quite Even though it is in the Center. There is a basement lounge room with Coffee, a table and sofa and wifi Access ( wifi in our room was not working). Room was cleaned everyday. Great location.
  : No reception and had issues checkin as code was not working Even though I paid for the room with the same machine. Room was in the basement so there was an odd smell and a Cockroach in our 1st day which aparently is normal for Spain and basement (called and they came and sanitised the room)

  : It's next to the cathedral so the Location is great. Nicely fit out room.
  : My room with the bunk bed was tiny so there was no chair to sit on. The position of the TV on the wall was very awkward and it was not possible to watch it unobstructed from the lower bed. The window looks out on the internal staircase so the blinds are always down to have some privacy.
