  : We loved the location! In walking distance of the Reds ballpark and Fountain Square, a wonderful city park with some music and nightlife. The room was spacious. The king-sized mattress was comfortable. The pillows--fluffy and soft.
  : With the Westin name, there are expectations. The building is outdated. Unless you use valet services, no one is there to greet you. We were told our room was street view. It was not. all we saw was the roof of the Westin valet area. The room smelled wet and musty. -- service at the front desk. We asked if the kitchen was open around 11:30 pm. hoping to get some room service. We were told it was not. Okay fine. The front desk clerk didn't offer any recommendations. We went back to our room and ordered from one of the carry-out menus. about an hour later, still no food. Went down to the front desk to check on the delivery. No, I was told that the local pizza place was running about 2 hours behind (I understand that Westin has no control over that). I asked if there was a vending machine, and I was simply told "No we don't have vending machines." Went back to the room. Looked on the Westin website. States "enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the hotel." So I went back down to the front desk clerk and asked if there were snacks I could purchase and was told sandwiches and snacks for purchase in this little shop cove area. I don't understand why that took so long. Proper training might be needed. The service and facilities were underwhelming. We paid for a 4-star stay and received a 2.5-star stay. We would expect this from a Confort Inn or Budget hotel. We have higher expectations for the Westin name.

  : A great location if you are doing something downtown.
  : The hotel does not have many amenities and getting into the parking garage is a little tricky. I would recommend more experienced drivers to park. It’s just tighter than most parking garages while entering .

  : You guys false advertised about having a pool you didn’t even have a phone in the room in case we needed to call and ask questions. And I wanted adjoining rooms because I had my grandson with me and I wasn’t able to get that if I had known that I wouldn’t have stayed at your hotel, but I will never come back.
  : No pool that was advertised no adjoining room is what I requested.
