  : The receptionist was extremely helpful and had arranged for us to be able to have breakfast earlier. We liked the card system for the entrance as it's easier to deal with than multiple keys. The breakfast had a very nice variety, fresh and tasty. The rooms were spacious, well arranged, really appreciated the lamps with switches right next to the bed, comfy beds. Perhaps a bigger pillow would be appreciated but it was fine as it was comfortable. I also appreciated the electric kettle, cups and possibility to make tea or coffee. And also that there was a more eco friendly and quality all in one shower gerl /shampoo and soap, this is really good compared to the usual individually plastic wrapped cheap toiletries that hotels have. We will definitely return in the future when we are again in the area.
  : It was a bit difficult to locate the correct parking after dark so maybe a sign with reflective paint would help. But it wasn't a big problem we managed it quite quickly.

  : There was a proper desk to work at. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly.
  : There was no chair or sofa to comfortably watch TV. In the room on the second floor the windows were small and very low (close to the floor). Also there was quite a lot of noise at the time when I was there: 2020-03-18. No elevator.

  : Hotel located in a cozy small town with a lot of wellness activities and small cafeterias around. Friendly and smiling personnel.Good WiFi and nice parking.
  : Not soundproof and you can hear noisy neighbors a lot.

  : no elevator poor breakfast paid spa the stuff doesnt speak English or very little got charged for using sauna even though it was meant to be free for customers that stay longerterrible parking with potholes

  : Hotel is centrally located in Ciechocinek, although not that obvious as the "usual" access for pedestrians is via a locked door facing the market (main access is via the car park to the rear via an obscure entrance road). Decor is slightly unusual due to the Egyptian/Spanish ownership and this gives it a different aspect. Facilities were very clean and accessible. Communal fridge provided in a small kitchen in the small common area outside the rooms on the second floor. Room comfortable, with 2 lounge chairs provided plus small occasional table, in addition to the desk, TV etc.. Breakfast good with nice choice of cheeses, bread/rolls, cooked meats and hard boiled eggs although limited on choice of cereals and hot food (no cooked eggs, for example).
  : Apart from the minor comments about the breakfast above, note that the market traders start setting up their stalls ~06:00 and the bakery shop below the hotel gets a delivery around the same time so both provide a wake-up call if your room is on that side of the hotel!
