  : This is an old, old building that should have been razed years ago Maybe it's being kept as a landmark for the area.
  : Late booking due to last minute appointment made by a realtor to look at property in Kingsport area. The motel photos online look a lot better than the place is in reality. I was led to believe I was getting a lower rate due to late booking. I came in with a cane to the office because I have difficulty walking, not as a prop Handicap visor tag on car Then the clerk, despite seeing the cane, puts me, a disabled person, in a 2nd floor room in a place with no elevators and doesn't even help carry anything upstairs. Rooms are non-refundable. The stairs are very steep as to be almost vertical. Before I went to my room, the clerk comes up behind me while I'm unpacking stuff from my vehicle, inspecting the contents, and then telling me I could extend my stay for a week. I said I wouldn't last a week in a place like this. Then he leaves to let me struggle up the stairs, visible to on site cameras ( if they work)..Got scalded by water in the shower, evidently someone else was showering too and when they cut their water off, it sent a surge of hot water to my unit. You can hear people turning water on and off throughout the night, indoor A/C unit is noisy, room is full of nasty perfume spray to conceal past smoking. Very noisy from roadway traffic and other patrons are rude about keeping noise levels down. Furniture outside on common walk ways to rooms. Couch in room is worn and stained, same with carpet.

  : That they had a room on a busy weekend. Shower water pressure was good.
  : SmellPaint was done very sloppy Trash outside our room. Old mattress micro wavesToilets. Old tables. Looks like they have started to remodel but no one wants to look at that stuff. And it was right out our door. We were in the end room.
