  : The A/C was not working in our room on arrival we were told we would have to wait until the day shift got there to resolve. I contacted the front desk at 8:30 am and was not given another room until 11:30 am! The new room was just as bad the refrigerator did not work and the drain in the bathtub was plugged my fianc pulled out a gigantic wad of hair out of the drain! Gross!!!! I canceled our last night there as it was very uncomfortable and to be honest, I was just fed up with the lack of customer service! When I checked out I was told that I would not be refunded for the last night that I had booked because it was a promotional rate. Even tho I cancelled the reservation for the last night 24 hours in advance. The only thing the manager did was give me $40 off of our first nights stay? Very poor customer service for all that we went thru! We will NEVER be back to a Comfort Inn ever again!
